Stepping into the stone-clad lobby of C-Hotel & Spa, near the shores of Italy’s Lake Como, you know you're in for a sensory experience. First you'll be hit by the warm, coffee smell of freshly ground coffee beans, which lures you deeper into the building. Then, you'll notice the stretched teak reception desk sandwiched between a bustling Italian bar and a family-run confectionary shop that's been baking mouthwatering delicacies on this site for more than 40 years. At Materiaprima restaurant the chef creates fine Italian cuisine, using fresh regional ingredients from nearby farms. The hotel also boasts a concept store, C-Colzani, and the award-winning C-Caffe. The young entrepreneur who built C-Hotel & Spa around his family's existing businesses, Andrea Colzani, hasn't relied on former glories. Instead, he has used his self-taught architectural skills to create a forward-thinking minimalist retreat in the hills.

The breakfast is really unique and special, both for its quality and freshness. The products that we serve, come from the historical and famousus patisserie "C-COLZANI".
Garden
The garden is surrounded by holm oak wood, among sounds, perfumes and relaxing nature.
C-HOTEL&SPA is enclosed by a private garden in an extraordinary green oasis. The variety of plants in the garden evoke the charm of Italian gardens of the past in a contemporary key. The design of the greenery was taken care of by the landscape architect Emilio Trabella.

Outdoor Saline Pool
Water salinity comparable to the sea, that gives benefit to one's breathing, reducing stress and reinforcing the skin elasticity. Pool surrounded by holm oak wood, among sounds, perfumes and relaxing nature.
Outdoor Relaxation Zone
Available to the guests is a solarium terrace with panoramic view to the garden; the perfect place to rest on the comfortable day-beds.
Design & Architecture
It’s this polished, whitish rock that unifies C-Hotel & Spa owner Andrea Colzani’s minimalist public areas and suites at C-Hotel & Spa, lining the interior surfaces with an unmistakably natural radiance and bridging the wide gaps between pure, square-edged furnishings.
Behind the polished glass windows, there are chunky strips of chocolate-brown teak, which help to offset the plain-white walls and ceilings.

When the C-Hotel&Spa opened in 2009 in the Lake Como area, the region had never seen anything quite like it. While grandiose palaces and villas ring the lake, the 18-room hotel is a marvel of modern minimalism.
